Standard Builder Specification
Each home is individually crafted to meet or exceed the high standards listed below. Several options and upgrades are available to tailor your home to your discerning taste.
Foundation
Footings: Poured concrete
Walls: 3000 lb poured concrete 10" on unit and 8" on garage
Exterior walls damp proved to meet local building codes.
Superior 2x6 Framing
Exterior walls: 2”x6” construction 16” on center
Exterior garage: 2x 4" sill with 2"x4" construction
Interior walls: 2”x4” construction 16” on center
Sills: 2”x6” pressure treated
Floor joists: 2”x10” 16 on center
Roof rafters: 2”x10” 16” on center
Grade of lumber will be #2 or better and kiln dried. Size of lumber will meet or exceed local
building requirements.
